The sweet, sweet irony of getting "Most Humble" and posing with all of your awards is almost too sweet. But I believe you can be humble and successful.

You don't have to pick just one, be both.

While I was in Austin, TX, I had the opportunity to work with amazing clients such as Facebook, Bloomin’ Brands, and  Southwest Airlines. By being a leader across very different brands, I know how to juggle multiple work streams in a fast paced environment to keep projects moving on aggressive timelines and budgets while upkeeping the morale of those around me by being communicative and team focused.  

When I moved back to Fairbanks, my goal was to help better my community and continue to make a positive impact on the groups I work within.  I play an important role in my current job, not just in leadership, but throughout the creative process, day-to-day operations, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, management of teams, collaboration with partners and clients, project management, budget keeping, communications, public relations and much more.  

My experience professionally and personally has given me strong analytical skills, a strong record of decision making under pressure, employee development through my management style, organizational system creation, process and procedure building skills, problem solving, strategic thinking and more.
